Saddle Sore is the true story of a cowboy starting a young filly. This young lady seems to have an infatuation with a saddle on her back. She learns quick and nothing seems to faze her. Except–she prefers that saddle empty and to make her point, when the cowboy steps aboard for the first ride, she puts on a rodeo performance that would make bucking horse contractors wish for just such a bronco and leaves the buckaroo lying in the dirt. Satisfied with the empty saddle, she returns to searching for a blade of grass in the dusty pen.
